Specialized Property Services is a commercial painting and facilities maintenance contractor, with expertise in waterproofing, historical restoration, caulking and joint sealants, metal roofing and fabrication, disaster recovery, specialty coatings and concrete floor/joint repair from small office space to large industrial and commercial projects.

Specialized was awarded its first Home Depot job in 1993. Since then, Specialized has painted over 100 new Home Depot stores throughout the Southeast United States and the Caribbean as well as Bealls, Target, Circuit City, Best Buy, BJ’s, and more. Specialized also takes pride in the historical restoration of University of Tampa’s HB Plant Museum and Plant Hall, Union Station, Bartow Historical Courthouse and the Ca ‘d’ Zan.
